Intercultural Communications Training
What shapes a culture? How does your cultural predisposition affect the way you respond and relate to different cultures? What are the implications of these in your everyday work?
Our Intercultural Communications Workshops are designed to inspire insight into how our socialisation process colours the lenses through which we see and respond to everyday interactions with one another and the world around us. Highly introspective and interactive, the workshops deal with unconscious biases, cultural dilemmas and strategies to work around them. The scientific background of our work is the decades of research conducted by the Hofstede Insights Group.
Our workshops take a bottom up approach, focusing on the individual and her/his own cultural predispositions before venturing into another’s. Our set of tools and interactive exercises help our groups introspect at an individual level, thus, putting them in a better position to open their minds about “the other”.
Our purpose then, is to not just talk about cultural differences that exist, but to attune an individual to these differences and be better accepting of them.
